RockJock's weld-on Johnny Joints for fabricators and suspension system builders offer 30 degrees of unrestricted movement in any direction as compared to 22 degrees on a common heim joint! Johnny Joint rod ends offer cushioning that a heim joint cannot provide via high-density urethane bushings that encase the inner ball. The heat treated center balls are cross-drilled for thru-bolt lubrication and the joint internals are retained with 2 heavy duty, heat treated side washers and a snap ring. The outer shell is weldable .180 in. wall machined DOM tubing, fitted with a zerk fitting for greasing. This specific joint is a 2 in. o.d. and features a 2.180 in. mounting width and a .482 in. thru bolt hole.

I just finished installing the Peak 2.0 Front Suspension system with the Core 4x4 Blue Tacoma Rear Suspension system on my 2024 TRD Offroad Premium Tacoma. First off amazing products. I got a set of adjustable control arms for my XJ and it is so nice to be able to dial in caster and pinion angles. A quick call and I was able to purchase an adjustable track.

Awesome control arms! My mechanic said “ your Jeep is pretty much bulletproof now.” And I just got the tier 1 arms! The people at the core 4x4 shop were really nice too. They were running behind on shipping, (which is understandable) so I decided to go pick it up because it was only an hour drive. They gave me a free $60 hardware kit for the inconvenience. Thanks core 4x4! You guys are awesome!!
