First and foremost would like to say that Core4x4s customer service is top notch and they definitely stand behind their warranty on products! Highly recommend using them for any of your off road needs! It’s rare to find a company now a days that backs their products and they do! Had a few issues with mounts and control arms and they handled it without hesitation! Thank you!

Core 4x4 has outstanding products at a fair price and unmatched customer service. When you call Korby, it's like talking with a friend. Very cool and helpul! I ordered some custom control arms, but from the wrong product line and they were super cool about returning them and upgrading to a better "Crawl" series. Only charged the difference between the two products. They paid all the return shipping and sent the uprgaded arms super quick. It was only a couple days. Awesome!! I couldn't be happier with the transaction👍🏼 Also, these control arms are stout and take a beating. I run heck out my Jeep in the rocks and desert. No problems whatsoever. You can tell these are designed by people who understand suspension geometry and real-world abuse, not just CAD screenshots. Mistakes happen — especially on custom or modified builds — and Core 4x4 handled mine like pros. Fast responses, clear communication, and a genuine effort to help me get it right. First off, I wish I knew about them sooner. The customer service is top tier. The response time is about 30 min no waiting 1-3 days to get a response. The parts are heavy-duty and look amazing. The packaging is perfect, I can't wait to hit some trails. Thanks Core4x4

Exceptional customer service. All my questions were asked in a timely manner and parts were replaced when an error occured. I encourage people to make purchases due to their exceptional quality products, but also because of their customer service. Will make additional purchases in the future.
