I want to share a truly positive experience. I ordered a car kit consisting of two packages, but unfortunately one was lost during shipping with UPS. The situation could have become complicated... but it didn't. The company manager was extremely helpful and professional: he personally followed up on the situation and did everything he could to resolve the issue, even sending me the package again without hesitation. I meant to put this reviewing about a year ago now, but ever since I’ve had the core 4 x 4, upper and lower control arms on my 2017 ram 1500, they have worked flawlessly leave been on many offering chips, and I’ll definitely be buying new accessories from them in the future and their new upper control arms that they’re offering for all of the ram trucks. Fantastic customer service fantastic health very automotive, off-road, friendly, and any aftermarket thing for your truck or SUV that they currently have!

Great company! I have used there products consistently with no complaints with quality you can see and feel. From my experience, their customer service is also amazing. Core 4x4 has no issues standing behind their already amazing products and will quickly and professionally solve issues may they arise. I will continue to be a customer.

I've been having trouble with the track bar (on my 2nd gen Dodge) since I installed the 3rd gen Synergy adapter bracket and a 3rd gen stock bar.. oddly, they call it a '3rd gen bracket' and the stock 3rd gen bar doesn't quite fit, making contact with the bracket. I had attempted to clearance the bracket but it was still making contact and I could feel it over large bumps. I reached out to a lot of companies, but Core 4x4 offered to make a custom bar for the application with adjustability and dual Johnny joints. The first pass on it didn't work but they sent me out another passenger side end that made it fit incredibly well. This was all done solely over email/descriptions/pictures/measurements. Bar is super high quality and heavy duty, made in the US by a family owned company and carries a lifetime warranty. The customer service was responsive and superb, and the price was a lot less than I expected.

First off, I wish I knew about them sooner. The customer service is top tier. The response time is about 30 min no waiting 1-3 days to get a response. The parts are heavy-duty and look amazing. The packaging is perfect, I can't wait to hit some trails. Thanks Core4x4

These guys are awesome!! They have helped me build multiple jeeps from zjs to mjs and now with my lj build they all ways impress. There products are the best on the market in my eyes. The best part about it all is it's all made right here in american and shipped anywhere in the world 🌎 . Don't think twice when your looking for control arm or lift kits for your vehicle if these guys sell it BUY IT!!!
