HOUSING
- SAE 1045 Solid Steel Forged Housing: This is unequivocally the best carbon alloy steel for this application.
- CNC Machined Housing: Make our parts and bearings dimensionally perfect, eliminating any die wear issues
BALL STUDS
- SAE 4140 hot forged Chromoly Ball Studs: For the strongest possible metallurgy.
- Polished Ball Studs: Are built like an anti-friction bearing with extremely precise tolerances.
- Rolled Threads: Are made by pressing the shape of the threads into the ball stud instead of cutting. This strengthens the threads instead of weakening them and allows for easy movement of hardware. This ain't no Ikea furniture!
- Step Threads : allows for very easy movement of hardware on install and superior holding when torqued (installer choice).

- Gull Winged Grease Grooves : Allows for improved lubrication disbursement around the ball stud.

I have bought a bunch of sets of arms, track bars and even had custom work done by Core 4x4. Just yesterday, Spence and Cam delivered an awesome cross member they designed and built for me! The whole process was quick and painless. The products are top tier and when I reached out them for package update info, Korby Linscomb was very responsive, and got me the answers I needed the same day. After ordering an upper and lower adjustable control arm kit manufactured by CORE 4X4 from a jeep parts distributor who's intials are E.T., they came with 3 of the threaded ends missing. After over 2 months of phone calls and emails to this E.T. company nothing was resolved. I finally decided to call CORE 4X4 myself and tell them my dilemma. I spoke with a very personable and professional gentleman named Korby, who is one of CORE 4X4's representatives, after a brief discussion of what I went thru he simply asked me for a picture and some measurements and the items I was missing and asked if I could cover ONLY the cost of shipping and I had my missing parts in exactly 1 weeks time. This company not only builds all it's parts in the U.S.A., they stand behind their products with great customer service and life time warranty. My experience with this company and their Rep Korby was fantastic. I would definitely recommend CORE 4X4 to anyone who needs parts for any 4x4 projects. You just can't beat their quality and service.

2001 Wrangler TJ- i have purchased all front/rear upper/lower control arms. Front track bar and rear track bar. Quality is excellent and extremely durable you can tell its built to last. Bent a bolt on the front track bar and called and spoke with Spence. He immediately sent me out new hardware plus some! Product is amazing but what really separates companies apart is their service and these guys are second to none. Thank you all!
