RockJock's Heavy Duty High Steer Knuckle Kit for JL Wrangler, JL Unlimited and JT Gladiator vehicles (with standard, Sport width axle) replaces the aluminum factory knuckles and raises your tie rod 2 3/4 in. and your drag link 2 1/2 in.. Currectlync steering that is included in this kit features forged, organically shaped drag link for maximum up travel and a 42mm tie rod. All steering rod ends are forged steel. Additionally, kit includes fully integrated trac bar relocation and ram assist mounting bracket that raises your trac bar 2 in. and corrects it's geometry as well as giving you a solid mounting point for your hydraulic steering assist ram. The bottom of the bracket is a skid plate protects the ram from rocks. RockJock's forged chromoly tie rod clamp installs to provide and easy hook-up point for the other end of your ram. All other factory outer components retained with the new knuckles including outer axles, unit bearings, dust shields and brakes. The use of RockJock's RJ-9120FJLF forged, organically shaped front trac bar is also strongly encouraged, so that all components nest together for maximum up travel as engineered.

Death wobble is a geometry problem, not just worn parts. Cruise Series corrects caster angle and eliminates the flex points that let shimmy start. Replacing one part at a time delays the fix — this replaces the geometry.

Have full upper/lower CA set on both front and rear axles on a 96 ZJ. These are the rubber bushing sets not joint sets. I have beat the hell out it in the Nevada desert for 2 years and has been great. I don’t go fast but I do articulate suspension a lot. Super solid and haven’t any issues. Just inspected the entire set recently due to some banging under it. Turns out the banging is lower rear shock bushings. Inspected each CA along the way nothing. Aside from dirt and obviously winter roads and what not still in excellent condition, bushings are solid like the day they were installed. I’ll add that I’m about tapped on a short arm at 4.25(less with settle) so the front CA’s get beat on just from that, still they’re like new. Paint is great condition, this set is red. I would definitely buy again. Another plus for me, Utah isn’t local necessarily, but it’s nice to support businesses closer to me.

Their website estimated 2 days to get my parts but actually took 11. No communication to let me know what’s going on. Parts were missing. Some days they answer questions, some they don’t. Didn’t let me know I’d have to alter stock bolts to fit their parts.
All around just seems like they don’t care.

I purchased a set of the Cruiser Series control arms for my Jeep Jk based on postive reviews from different Jeep Facebook pages. Great products they sell, got a crawl series long arm kit for my xj and it has held up quite nice, they are beefy, and for what ever reason they fail it has a great warranty with a customer service to match, when someone asks what control arm kit to buy I always recommend core 4x4

First off: Korby, the gentleman that helped me decide on which kit to go with is EASILY the nicest, and most patient person I’ve dealt with, when ordering parts for this build. Second: the quality of the product is INSANE! These parts are so nicely fabricated, then powder coated for extra longevity, and they even offer an aluminum upgrade in some cases (which I went with, to save weight). Having said all of this, the most impressive thing was the lead time. These parts are build to order, and I literally ordered my suspension one week ago, today! Yes, they built, powder coated, packaged, shipped my suspension components (RAM 1500 Track rear trailing arm full set in 7075 aluminum, and front upper control arms), AND they arrived, all within a week! Granted, that I’m only one state away, but WOW!!! One week?! Amazing! So, in sort: excellent products, which arrived excellently packaged (no damage, an boxes not over-stuffed with heavy suspension parts; three boxes total, as opposed to one super heavy one…my back thanks you), super quickly, and customer service that ANY business would be envious of….so, if you’re in the market, absolutely go with Core 4X4!
